Tania Fahey

Counsellor, PACFA Registered

PACFA

At an age where many people settle into their routines, I embarked on a journey to pursue my true passion – counselling and psychotherapy. I have witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by individuals and communities when it comes to mental health and well-being. My warm and empathic nature enables me to connect with others and support them to achieve their full potential.

I understand that each person has unique needs, and therefore, I tailor my approach to fit each client. My commitment to active listening, respect, compassion, and curiosity guides me in building a collaborative connection with my clients.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I am interested in exploring and discovering relationships. Together, we will examine your past, present, and future within a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. My ultimate goal is to help you achieve self-awareness, validation, healing, and growth.
