Tania Fahey
Counsellor, PACFA Registered
My name is Tania, and I am a strengths-based counsellor with a focus on attachment and interpersonal relationships. I believe that the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves, as it forms the foundation for joy, connection, and at times, stress, confusion, and loss.
I work with people to explore their relationships with family, partners, friends, and colleagues, helping them to understand how these dynamics shape their identity, self-esteem, and sense of belonging. With my years of experience, I support individuals in navigating mental health challenges, recognising relational patterns, building confidence, and establishing healthy boundaries.
My work with adolescents and young adults involves guiding them through personal challenges as they move toward their best selves through exploration, validation, and self-understanding. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space grounded in trust, authenticity, and collaboration. I empower my clients to navigate life with greater contentment, purpose, and an ongoing commitment to personal growth.
