Tania Fahey

Counsellor, PACFA Registered

PACFA

My name is Tania and I am a strengths- based Counsellor with a focus on attachment and interpersonal relationships. I believe that the most important relationship we have is with ourselves, as it serves as the foundation for joy, connection, and at times, stress, confusion and loss. I work with people to explore their interactions with family, partners, friends and colleagues, helping them understand how these dynamics shape their identity and self-esteem. With years of experience, I support individuals in navigating mental health challenges and recognising their relational patterns while building confidence and establishing healthy boundaries.

My work with adolescence and young people involves guiding them through personal challenges as they work toward their best selves through exploration and validation. I am committed to creating a safe therapeutic space grounded in trust and authenticity. By addressing attachment wounds and fostering a strong sense of self, I empower my clients to navigate life with contentment and purpose with a drive towards continual growth.
